First launched in 2014, the Hybrid Thermal Mixing (HTM) hybrid ventilation system was originally designed to address the Priority School Building Programme (PSBP) requirements and has since been successfully installed in many non-educational applications as well in a large number of schools.
The HTM range provides natural ventilation, hybrid ventilation, secure night-time cooling, mixed tempered air during winter and boosted levels of ventilation during summer. Automatically controlled, the HTM switches between various mechanical and natural ventilation operating modes and responds to the seasonal external / internal temperatures and indoor air quality (IAQ). The HTM can be used in single-sided or cross flow ventilation strategies.
With exceptionally low specific fan power (SFP), low power consumption, intelligent automatic controls as standard, a full data logging facility, and temperature and CO2 sensors, the HTM delivers outstanding ventilation performance. Optional BACnet modules are available to output key performance data to a central BMS.
